A personal training session with Coach Stephanie, with more than 30 years of experience, is going to give you some great feedback and set you up for success! First session is 90 minutes plus Coach Stephanie will follow up with a written summary and suggested areas to work on. Your first session will be 1 1/2 hours and, after that you can choose between 50 minutes or 30 minutes.
