Just for Women – Go WOW Team offers race training and ongoing fitness opportunities to walkers and runners. 

Led by Head Coach and Sports Nutritionist Stephanie Kay Atwood, with more than 30 years of professional experience and certifications from US Track and Field, Road Runners Club of America, National Academy of Sports Medicine, Institute of Integrative Nutrition and more, you are in for an opportunity to train with the best, make new friends, learn about nutrition, and explore just how far and fast you want to go!
