WOW Fall Training will focus on 10K speed and the CIM Relay while establishing a base for the upcoming Oakland Running Festival Races in March 2011.

1. New time! 6:30 – 7:30 AM – SF Women Runners’ Speed Training Track Workouts – Kezar Track in SF every Wednesday. Led by Coach Stephanie.
